Lori has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for 10 years. She is originally from West Virginia where she attended the University of West Virginia earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports and Exercise Physiology.

She is the mother of Kingston, 9 years old, who is following in Lori's footsteps as an excellent athlete.

Lori is certified as a master personal trainer and was awarded the "Bay area personal trainer of the year 2001" title. In addition, she is currently studying to earn the title of strength and conditioning specialist. An athlete since grade school, Lori has participated and excelled in numerous sports. A track and field athlete in college, Lori enjoys competitive beach volleyball on the national level, along with tennis and of course, obstacle course competitions.

Recently, Lori won the 2002 WTF National Challenge Obstacle Course in St. Petersburg, Florida. She has been a finalist in several others. Lori leads by example by staying strong and healthy, and she enjoys teaching others the same.
