NAME: Sheila Law
HOME: Winter Haven, Florida
OCCUPATION: Health Club Owner & Personal Trainer

Sheila is originally from Puerto Rico and now resides in Central Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Foreign Language Education. After teaching for a few years, she returned to the gym atmosphere and was the sales manager at Gold's Gym for 4 years. Since then, she has started competing and now owns her own gym, TOTAL FITNESS, with her husband Chris.

Sheila has competed in many WTF Competitions. Her first was the 1999 WTF World Challenge and she got 13th place Overall after training for 7 weeks. She got 2nd place Overall in the 2000 WTF Battle by the Bay in Tampa, her second competition. After taking a year off to get her business started, she returned to compete in the 2001 WTF Eastern Challenge and achieved 3rd place. The same weekend, she won the Fitness America Florida title.

Next up was the WTF National Challenge held at Tropicana Stadium. This was the first event Sheila had brought a team from Total Fitness. Sheila took 1st place in the Tri-Fitness and Fitness Routine. She was proud of her teammates as they brought home additional awards.

In February, Sheila was one of the WTF athletes invited to represent GEN at the Arnold Classic in Columbus. This weekend provided her with the opportunity of meeting many people she had just read about.

Sheila states: "I love the WTF as it provides me with the opportunity of meeting new people along with training and competing with new friends."
