Vida is a chiropractic assistant and back and neck rehabilitation specialist. In addition, she is a personal trainer at World's Gym in Maryland owned by her Maryland Mover teammates Dora Overs and Patti Franklin.

Vida has competed in the WTF since June 2000. At the 2001 WTF World Challenge in Las Vegas, Vida set the record for box jumps scoring a perfect 10.0 (39.6 seconds). She placed 20th overall in the WTF Tri-Fitness (which includes physique, routine, obstacle course and the 3 fitness skills) out of 144 competitors. On September 29, 2001, Vida married Michael Agamaite. Vida was very uncertain about competing in the Orlando WTF Eastern Challenge as she had just gotten back from her honeymoon. Her Maryland Mover teammates encouraged her to join them and she is glad she did. With their support, she rounded herself back into shape in 3 weeks. At this event, Vida broke the world record for box jumps with a time of 36.9 seconds. Vida loves the WTF competitions because it is a challenging and motivating way to stay in shape and she enjoys meeting new people and making new friends.
